Biography

I have spent the last 16 years in family and pediatric medicine in California, Utah, and Idaho, and in medical aid programs in Central America and Southeast Asia. My joy in medicine comes from taking the time with my patients to understand their unique healthcare needs. I believe in utilizing nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and medication when needed to improve both physical and mental health.

I’m excited to be a member of the team at Family Health Services in our beautiful Sun Valley community. Together with my husband, I enjoy exploring the incredible beauty of the Sawtooths, a good hot spring soak, and hammock time after paddle boarding.
