I have been working as a mental health provider at Family Health Services since I first started my career as a therapist in 2013. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with culturally diverse adolescents and adults of all ages, dealing with various life stressors and mental health concerns. Seeking therapy can be a vulnerable experience, and my goal is to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals looking to improve their mental health and overall well-being. In utilizing a strengths-based, client-centered approach, I aim to identify the best therapeutic fit for each individual. I have received training in various treatment modalities including: DBT, CPT for PTSD, ACT, and CBT.
