Biography

I began providing clinical services in 2019 to children and families within the Minidoka area. Prior to beginning my professional career, I had the opportunity to work with adults and adolescents on probation, drug court, and substance abuse treatment programs. I look forward to working with the FHS team and providing services in the Twin Falls area.

I come from a big family, we enjoy camping, barbecuing, bowling, and caring for our farm animals. My hobbies include traveling, going on walks with my two dogs, making crafts, working out, drawing, meditation, and listening to podcasts.

I look forward to working with the FHS team to provide excellent services to our patients. I also look forward to providing Spanish services to the Latino community. Working with the FHS team will allow me to grow in my professional career.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. In my work, I use the following modalities Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, and Mindfulness. I have experience in working with a variety of mental health challenges and stressors including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, ADHD, addiction, anger management, oppositional defiance, and family and school issues. I also enjoy working with diverse populations and I am a bilingual (English/ Spanish) and bicultural clinician that enjoys working with the Latino community. I am an approachable individual with an easy-going personality and work to provide a safe and supportive environment for all clients
