Family Health Services Foundation Raises $92,000 at Annual Gala

TWIN FALLS, IDAHO – TheFamily Health Services (FHS) Foundation is thrilled to announce that its 6th Annual Fundraising Gala, held on September 13, raised an incredible $92,000 in support of vital health services for Southern Idaho residents.
The funds raised will go toward preventive services, such as breast cancer screenings and colonoscopies, for patients in greatest financial need.

The Oktoberfest celebration brought together generous donors, community leaders, and local businesses to celebrate the mission of the Family Health Services Foundation.
“These organizations are more than just businesses, they are groups of people who truly care about our community,” said Aaron Houston, CEO of FHS.
“We encourage everyone to recognize and support businesses that are making a real difference through their commitment to giving back to the Magic Valley. These funds will have a lasting impact on the lives of many who rely on our services, and we are truly humbled by the outpouring of support from our community.”

FHS is the Community Health Center of South Central Idaho, providing affordable medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy and urgent care services to everyone regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
The FHS Foundation was created to be a safety net of funds available to patients who cannot afford essential services not offered at an FHS clinic.
This includes breast cancer screenings, colonoscopies and diabetic eye screenings.
These services are often expensive, but can often be the best form of defense against illness or disease.
