Since when did dentist have a ego dude was rude and cocky the whole time now I see why people have a problem with him. Relax no need to come at patients like that your no better than the next person humble yourself.
Apparently when he shatter pulled my tooth he left shards of teeth in my gums and and are not poking out cutting my tongue and making it hard to even eat.

If I could give 10 stars , I'd give 11.. The FHS Pharmacy in Burley office, well they are just shy of perfect, yes I said that.. Jordan the head pharmacist, has been working with me for over 15 years or so, I have very complex illnesses also I have been on over 60 different medications for mental and medical. And these folks are on top of all of them. Making sure I don't die or have a allergic reaction , I will never use another pharmacy anywhere. They give a crap about us. TOP NOTCH TEAM WOULDNT TRUST ANYONE ELSE FOR MY PHARMACY NEEDS THANK YOU MUCH .. you guys rock.

I recently had the privilege of meeting with David Edwards at Family Health Services, and the experience was truly exceptional. Entering the appointment, I felt a significant burden, but I left feeling as though a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
David possesses a fantastic personality; he is incredibly personable and easy to converse with, which made the entire process feel natural and supportive. His professional demeanor and ability to connect are so impressive that I would comfortably recommend his counseling services to my own family members. I cannot speak highly enough of his expertise and the quality of care he provides.

I've never seen such rudeness and unprofessionalism from a Dentist. Immediately upon entering the room, he yelled " well, you're really trying to lose all of your teeth huh? You better get all you can done now, before Medicaid gets shut down" . And with a smile on his face nonetheless. Absolutely do not recommend this office!

Left a sample waited 15 minutes and the rude receptionist with all makeup nurses go to lunch that's the way it is there only a.few in the back. When I left she said have a good day I will. The same receptionist gave me attitude when I wanted to book a mammogram told me I had to see a provider, not true. Her attitude is not appreciated life is hard enough. I have been canceled and reshuffle 3 times. I was apologizing by the doctor. The waiting is unreal when you do have appointments.

I would give zero stars if I could. We brought our daughter in for a checkup after she had been sick for a week, almost two. Unfortunately, our experience at this office is disappointing each visit. We wait an hour in the waiting area, another hour in the back, only for the doctor to come in, dismiss our concerns, tell us “hang tight” before walking out. No one came back after waiting another 40 minutes so we checked out and left. On our way out nurses were just sitting around chatting. At this point we decided to switch both of our daughters back to their old doctor, an hour away.
When we switched back to our daughter’s previous doctor, he immediately examined her and confirmed she had an ear infection all along. He prescribed the same medication we had tried to discuss at this office and our daughter began improving. We’ve decided to stay with our old doctor(an hour away)who took the time to listen, help us, knew/wanted to do his job as a DR.

My experience was horrible after I had my miscarriage, I tried reaching out for almost 2 weeks for the doctor to give me an extend time for work, never got the response back even after speaking with the manager never revieved any letter what so ever!

The Staff is so nice and professional. Taylor McAllister is the best dr I have ever been helped by. Even the pharmacist staff is great.

I have been going to Family Medical now for 5 years. The entire staff is always super friendly and helpful. I rated this facility a 2 because of the wait time in the examining room. Twice now I have walked out after sitting in the examing room for an hour +. When I let the nurse know I was leaving, she said you are next. Someone should let you know how long to expect to wait. My time is important to.

Went in for a bad tooth was told I needed a root canal and had blood pressure taken. 124/80 was put on antibiotics. Returned to drop off my pay stub and got an appointment to start on the root canal the next day. Was denied help because my blood pressure was 138/90. I'm thinking the antibiotics spiked my blood pressure. 3 visits to be told how to brush my teeth essentially. Sparky remarks after saying I would not return. Very unprofessional and should be up front about the blood pressure before you have commited 3 days worth of time to it.

The receptionists need to learn to keep their opinions to themselves; the older behavior health receptionist in particular. She patronized me for being late, which was one of the reasons I started therapy; my executive functioning is pretty bad. I just stopped going to that therapist because of this alone, I don't care to deal with that arrogance.

I've been going to Family Health Services for YEARS now, and in all these years I've never had a bad experience. Appointments can be made easily, and the doctors, they don't just say "take a Tylenol and rest", yes they may suggest Tylenol or Ibuprofen, but also offer other medications whether they are pharmacy prescription or over the counter, of course taking into account with what other medications you take. I take a lot of medications from a stroke I had, and when the medicine they want to prescribe has a reaction to my medications, they prescribe a different medicine.
For the reasonable price, the service is 10/10, dental, medical and behavioral health, and pharmacy all in one. What more can you ask for. Really recommend going if you haven't.

I saw the dentist in Rupert. He failed to numb my mouth. I was in excruciating pain. Then he only did half the job. He canceled my next two follow up appointments and then told me I had to wait and sit in lobby until they had availability to see me. Here I was in a lot of pain. What a joke!
Then I am trying to ask questions of my doctor and leave messages. I get rude messages from his help. They put you on hold and won't take your calls. I think this business has forgotten their purpose to care for people. People aren't machines to be one size fits all!

I just had 3 wisdom teeth pulled my Dr. Olson. He is the best dentist I have ever been too. He changed my whole perspective on the dentist, for the better. When I say he took less than a minute per tooth I'm not kidding and the pain was almost non existent.
