Well the one time i actually needed to speak w a dentist. I called at 10 minutes to 5. No answer..i broke two teeth on the side and exposed the nerve. This happened at 4:25 same day. Even though hours of op are until 5 on fridays they tirned the phones off
early...when you say 5pm. It doesnt mean 4:50. Wwll....time for some whiskey and a pair of pliers

So I had an appointment a week ago and I couldn't make it. They called me during work and I obviously couldn't answer the phone and the next morning was too early to even call to reschedule my appointment. They went ahead and canceled all 5 other of my dentist appointments for missing 1!!! And again couldn't cancel or answer the phone while I was at work🤦🏼‍♀️ now I understand I should have called days in advance but I was also busy with kiddos and getting my car fixed. I only get 2 days a week off and when I'm working they are closed. I was so upset that they canceled all my appointments...so I went with Aspen Dental. Hassle free online scheduling and I can even go in on the weekends! I'll definitely take my business over there and they also go off your income!

so long story short, i set an appointment 3 TIMES and they changed it because the doctor that was going to fix my teeth was not there. but really? 3 times… i don’t recommend paying for this place and that’s not the only thing. i actually went to my appointment one time and i had a filling and they did a cleaning! MY TEETH ARE THIN, I HAD A CLEANING 2 TIMES A MONTH. also they thought that i was young and stupid that’s why they did a cleaning although they had to do a filling. if your going to stay in this place expect these things to happen.

Staff has always been very kind and helpful.! First time I came in I just had a baby and he was in NICU for being 2 months early. I was under a lot of stress and Dr. Lund was rude and even his nurses said he is known to have horrible bed side manner but is good. I’m sorry I don’t want someone who is going to talk down and rude to me. So I explained my situation and they recommended Dr. Brooke. Best choice ever. She is kind and compassionate and always all around great! I won’t get seen by anyone else. Going to the dentist is a scary thing for most people and Dr. Brooke will treat you right!
