Biography

I became a counselor to help others become their best selves. I have a strong desire to help people overcome barriers and obstacles in their lives. I have studied addictions and professional counseling. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I am trained in SUD treatment, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, ART, and grief counseling. I enjoy working with a variety of ages and with varying issues and diagnoses.
