Biography

I have over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals and helping them achieve their treatment goals. My expertise is in implementation and treatment related to evidence-based practices for adults with serious mental illness, specifically the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model. There are a variety of other evidenced-based therapy techniques I use including: Crisis Intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Wellness Management and Recovery interventions such as Wellness Recovery Action Plan.

I'm excited to be a team member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program and offer a strengths-based, client-centered approach to treatment and collaborate with individuals as partners in their healthcare journey.

I'm looking forward to understanding the needs of the community and supporting individuals in making informed decisions about their treatment options.
