Biography

I’ve had the honor and privilege of working with children, adolescents, and families in many different capacities for the last 21 years. I’ve been working as a mental health therapist for the last 11 years. My work experience has allowed me opportunities to provide services to diverse Idaho residents. I enjoy facilitating individuals recognizing that they have the capacity/ability for growth and change. My goals as a therapist are to meet the individual where they are, continually recognize that they are the experts in their lives, and to create a supportive/safe environment for them to improve their ability to appropriately manage mental health symptoms.

I have resided in Idaho for over 34 years. My family and I enjoy camping, hiking, biking, swimming, watching movies at home, and reading. My children are involved in many activities (golf, singing lessons, piano lessons, basketball, softball, and soccer to name a few) and keep us very busy year-round. We love Idaho and particularly love the spring and summers as we do a lot of camping.
