Our team of Dietitians and Nurse Educations are here to support you through the process. Our goal is to put you in the driver’s seat of your care by providing you with the education and skills needed to control your sugars.

Insurance generally covers the visit, but FHS may offer these services at a $20 per appointment cost to you if there is a gap in your coverage.

Family Health Services provides a sliding fee discount and no one is refused care based upon their inability to pay.
