We will listen to your concerns, work with you to create a treatment plan, and coordinate the care you need. We offer a full range of primary care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. We will also communicate with you in your preferred language, and have translators available for every appointment.

Family Health Services provides a sliding fee discount, and no one is refused care based on their inability to pay. We are here to ensure that care is affordable, so please call your local FHS clinic with any questions.

Do you need same-day medical attention for an illness or injury? Visit us at the Downtown Urgent Care and Pharmacy in Twin Falls. Just walk in when you need us! Patients of all ages are welcome! Let us help you get back to a healthy life.

You do not need to be an FHS patient to visit our urgent care, but you are welcome to schedule any follow-up care at your local FHS clinic. Most of our locations offer medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services all in one clinic. As South-Central Idaho’s Federally Qualified Community Health Center, we are committed to providing affordable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare services.

Referral Guidelines

While many patients can be treated directly by our providers, some cases may require a referral:

Previous Treatment History: You may be referred to a specialist if you've been treated before.
Cirrhosis: Patients with cirrhosis are typically referred to a Gastroenterology (GI) specialist for advanced care.
