You do not need to be an FHS patient to visit our urgent care, but you are welcome to schedule any follow-up care at your local FHS clinic. Most of our locations offer Médica, dental, Salud Conductal, and Farmacia Servicios all in one clinic. Q1: What should you expect to Pay?
A1: We accept all forms of insurance.
The cost of our Servicios will depend on the type of care you receive and whether you have insurance or not. If you do have insurance, we will collect your co-pay.
Q2: No Insurance?
A2: No problem! We have sliding fee payment scales for self-pay patients. Bring proof of income, and we'll determine a price that's affordable for you.

Q3: What to bring?
A3: Help us provide the best possible care by bringing:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Insurance card
- List of current medications
- Payment for Servicios or copays
Q4: Urgent Care or Emergency Room?
A4: Come see us when your primary care Proveedor is not available for a same-day appointment, but you need immediate Médica attention. We can treat acute, non-life- threatening conditions.
Q5: When should you visit an emergency room?
A5: Call 911 immediately if you are experiencing a serious, life-threatening illness or injury, such as a stroke, heart attack, uncontrollable bleeding, or a head injury with loss of consciousness
You should seek emergency care if you have the following:
- Chest pain or pressure
- Shortness of breath
- Severe burns, pain, or head trauma
- Sudden loss of vision
- Broken bones with bone exposed
