Q1: What should you expect to Pay?

A1: We accept all forms of insurance.
The cost of our services will depend on the type of care you receive and whether you have insurance or not. If you do have insurance, we will collect your co-pay.

Q2: No Insurance?

A2: No problem! We have sliding fee payment scales for self-pay patients. Bring proof of income, and we'll determine a price that's affordable for you.

Flexible payment plans available.

Q3: What to bring?

A3: Help us provide the best possible care by bringing:

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Insurance card
  • List of current medications
  • Payment for services or copays

Q4: Urgent Care or Emergency Room?

A4: Come see us when your primary care provider is not available for a same-day appointment, but you need immediate medical attention. We can treat acute, non-life- threatening conditions.

Q5: When should you visit an emergency room?

A5: Call 911 immediately if you are experiencing a serious, life-threatening illness or injury, such as a stroke, heart attack, uncontrollable bleeding, or a head injury with loss of consciousness

  • Severe burns, pain, or head trauma
  • Sudden loss of vision
