I've always felt comfortable and cared for at Family Health in Bellevue. All the ladies there are kind and friendly. One of the employees there really takes an extra effort, and her name is Azucena. She is very efficient, understanding and goes the extra mile for you. Thank you everyone at Family Health!

Dentist Mary Harrell was very unprofessional. I went to Family Services in Bellevue, Idaho. I was in alot of pain! I told her I was sure I broke a tooth on my upper right. They took many Scans and Xrays. She tapped on a tooth. She told me nothing was broken and my pain did not make sense. She said she was referring me to a Nurologist. I ask her 2 times to do a oral exam. She told me it was of no use cause I don't have a broken tooth! She also said other demeaning things about me. I left the office crying and in so much pain. I was up all night thinking I might have cancer!
Two days later I got into Robert's and Hall Dentist in Twin Falls. Within 2 min. of him looking in my mouth he said I had a badly broken and infected tooth! I had a root canal that afternoon. He said he never heard of a dentist not doing a oral exam! Let alone referring me to a Neurologist.! In the past 3 months I have called the office Manager 4 times to call me. Courtney has not returned my calls.
Mary Harrell caused me alot of pain and suffering. I'm getting in contact with the dental board of Idaho.

These peoples sole purpose is supposedly to help people that cant afford it. Yet they wont even provide a basic consultation to answer questions without demanding money. Gave me a phone number and told me to go somewhere else to get a voucher. JUST TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. Very, very disappointing.

Alisa Barnes is the BEST! I went in for a kidney stone that wouldn't pass. She sent me for a CT scan & the scan showed RECTAL CANCER! Without her, I would still be walking around with cancer & not be getting the treatment I need. Without a doubt she has helped save my life!
